Our People:

We are a 1.5 veterinarian, 3 RVT, and 1 assistant team. Our primary veterinarian (and practice owner – David Lane) is an ACVSMR. Our 0.5 veterinarian, Carla Wilkie, is certified in manual therapy, acupuncture, and rehab, with her caseload focused on geriatric care. Our technicians, Jen, Shay and Nicole,  and assistant, Kaylyn, are empowered to utilize their exceptional skills and knowledge. We all share a love for dark humour, fresh baked cookies, and helping

We work hard, but we retain a very healthy work-life balance. This starts with utilizing Fear Free practices with all of our clients and in-hospital patients. We also treat each other as equal human beings, and use our grownup conflict resolution skills when needed. We don’t take emergency calls. We have an AMAZING clientele, with zero tolerance for clients who are rude to any of the staff. No exceptions! In addition to statutory holidays, we close for a week every few months, we close for two weeks in the summer, and we take an extended break over Christmas/NYE.

Why? Because life is short, our relationships with family and friends are important, and outdoor recreating is fun.

Our Community:

Squamish , the outdoor recreation capital of Canada, is home to our practice and staff. The world-class Sea to Sky corridor is our backyard. You've probably dreamed of visiting here if you ski, hike, bike, climb, kiteboard, sail, fish, camp, or more. With Whistler to the north and the vibrant city of Vancouver to the south, Squamish truly is a great place to be.

Imagine if this was your playground.
